All players who subscribe to our Gold membership are entitled to an e-mail address at players.cardea-rpg.com. Access to this e-mail address is valid for the duration of your Gold subscription.

Your e-mail address is one of a kind, because your character is one of a kind. Your e-mail address is:

...and we offer you convenient web-based interface for checking your mail through mail2web.com.

Because you can check your e-mail from the web, your players.cardea-rpg.com e-mail address is completely "portable" and can be checked from anywhere. If you can get on the WWW, you can check your e-mail.

Using your players.cardea-rpg.com e-mail address: A Walkthrough

Mail2Web's web-based e-mail access should be fairly straightforward to use, and you can access help & support directly on their site. For POP3/IMAP access, please jump to the POP3/IMAP guide. If, after reading this guide, you still have questions, wing them to support@cardea-rpg.com.

When you click the "take me to my e-mail" link at the bottom of this page, a new window will open with a login screen to Mail2Web. In order to successfully log in to your e-mail address, you must use the following format:

In the server name or IP address field, you must enter mail.cardea-rpg.com. In the User Id or Login name field, you must enter YOUR-CHARACTER-NAME@players.cardea-rpg.com in its entirety. Failure to append the "players.cardea-rpg.com" domain to the e-mail address will result in an error. In the password field, enter your given password exactly as it was sent to you--case sensitive. Since either POP3 or IMAP4 are allowed, you might as well stick with the default POP3 selection. Click Check Mail to enter your e-mail box!

Once you have logged in, you will find yourself in the main area of your e-mail account. If at any time you are unsure of how to utilise the tools at Mail2Web, please check their help desk for reference.

POP3/IMAP Access:

If you plan to use an e-mail client such as Outlook, Communicator, Eudora, etc. you'll need to configure your client to POP3/IMAP to our mail server to check your mail.
